银川市2007年城市居民吸烟状况调查

Smoking Behavior and Smoking Attitude Survey in Urban Residents of Yinchuan City in 2007

目的了解银川市城市居民不同人群的吸烟状况,制定切实可行的控烟措施。方法2007年3-5月,在银川市随机抽取6个社区的920名居民进行吸烟状况调查。结果调查920人,吸烟率为49.9%,其中男性吸烟占65.2%,女性占到17.8% 维修、运输和手工劳动者及服务业吸烟率较高,分别为64.7%和57.7% 学生和军人最低为30.9% 30~60岁年龄段吸烟率较高,均在50%以上 初中和高中文化程度的吸烟率较高,分别为65.2%和53.5% 每天都吸烟者占63.2% 每天吸烟〈10支的占53.2%,每天吸烟10~20支的占40.3%。每月吸烟支出101~200元者占42.3% 有17.2%的吸烟者正在进行戒烟,正在考虑采取戒烟行为的有22.2%,有31.4%的人没有考虑过戒烟。结论银川市城市居民吸烟率较高,其中男性吸烟率显著高于女性。建议政府制定相应控烟政策,积极开展控烟行动。

Objective To investigate tobacco consumption,smoking behavior,attitudes and influence factors in urban residents of Yinchuan and to provide a scientific basis for formulating relevant policies.Methods 920 urban residents from 6 communities were investigated with a standard qustionnaire in Yinchuan in 2007.Results In 920 residents,smoking rate was 49.9% and the smoking rate were 65.2% and 17.8% respectively in males and females;30～60 years of age had high smoking rates（50% or more）;junior high and high school graduates had high smoking rates（65.2% and 53.5% respectively）; daily smokers accounted for 63.2%.daily smokers over 10 cigarettes per day accounted for 53.2%.smoking 10 to 20 cigarettes per day accounted for 40.3%.Smoking monthly expensed 101-200 Yuan accounted for 42.3%.17.2% of were quiting this behavior and 22.2% smokers was considering quitting smoking and 31.4% of people never considered quitting smoking.Conclusion The urban residents had high smoking rate in Yinchuan city.Government should take active measures to control the tobacco consuption in residents.
