摘要
本文首次采用傅里叶红外光谱法对追风箭的根、茎、叶和花进行了对比分析。分析表明同株追风箭的四个部位图谱吸收峰的峰形大体相同,但由于它们所属的部位不同,导致它们的化学成分和相对含量的差异,所以体现了它们各自的特征。文章还分析了追风箭的IR图谱和可能的药物活性之间的关系。实验结果表明,追风箭四者的图谱中在1373 cm-1和1252 cm-1附近均有峰,表明它们均具有活血化瘀的功能,这为其"跌打损伤"的主治药效在分子水平上提供了依据经过整体分析,追风箭含有三萜类化合物、生物碱、芳香族化合物和醇等。本文对民医用药和IR图谱的联系作出了首次初步探索。
The root,stem,leaf and flower of the Ainsliaea yunnanensis Franch were studied by FT-IR.The result indicate that the same plant presents similar absorption peak.However,because they locate in different part contain chemical ingredients and different content,so show that their own feature.The paper analysis relations between effective compositions and spectra.The results demonstrate that the four parts have vibration bands at nearby 1375 cm-1and 1252 cm-1,analysis gave that they have efficacy of dispelling gore and active blood,the main curative functions Bruises has been explained by molecule theory.Then the Ainsliaea yunnanensis Franch can be found out the triterpenoid sapogenins,alkaloid,aromatic compounds and alcohol etc.This article probed into the medicine of IR spectra for the first time and offered molecular basis.
