城市CNG加气站事故致因机理分析

摘要 通过与国外加气站的技术比对,并对我国加气站的事故特点及原因进行统计分析,采用事故致因理论中的因果连锁理论,建立了加气站的事故因果连锁模型,结合轨迹交叉理论,从个人因素和设备因素对加气站事故进行分析。经过模型的演绎,提出了"反向因果连锁模型",得到了事故预防的四方面措施。 With the rapid development of the natural gas industry, compressed natural gas is to gradually extend in China. As a high-risk unit in natural gas industry, the security of CNG filling stations has been under increasingly serious situation. With the filling stations technology abroad, it analyzes the characteristics and causes of the accidents of filling stations in China. It establishes an accident causation sequence model with accident causation sequence theory which belongs to the accident-causing theories. Combined with cross-track theory, it analyzes the filling stations accidents from personal factors and equipment factors. Based on the interpretation of the model, it develops the reverse accident causation sequence model, and gets four major measures on accident prevention, which can provide a theoretical basis for decision-making for urban CNG filling stations in China.
