摘要
运用Hypermesh软件,对某农用车车架几何模型进行了网格划分以及建立车架的有限元模型。根据该车的承载特点和行使工况,对车架进行结构动力学仿真研究,通过模态仿真计算,得到车架的固有频率和固有振型,可为车架的结构改进设计提供依据并获得较高的工程应用价值。
In this paper,the geometric model of agricultural vehicle frame is meshed by shell element based on software Hypermesh and then finite element model of frame is built.According to bearing behaviors and running conditions of the agricultural vehicle,the dynamics simulation of frame is implemented.Through the modal simulation,the natural frequency and inherent vibrational mode get.And these simulation dates provide basis for the improved design of frame structure.As a result,this paper can attain relatively high engineering value.
