摘要
DTC-1是一种新型的有机胺类缓蚀剂,该缓蚀剂缓蚀性能良好且兼有阻垢、杀菌、抗氧等多种功效。采用静态失重法,通过不同的缓蚀剂加量研究新型缓蚀剂DTC-1对A3钢材的缓蚀性能。结果表明,DTC-1缓蚀剂适用温度范围大,适于弱酸性、中性和碱性环境,对A3钢材具有良好的缓蚀性能,并且在氯离子体系中的缓蚀性能良好。
DTC-1 is a new organic amine corrosion inhibitor which has good corrosion inhibition as well as functions of scale inhibition, Sterilization and antioxygen.This paper has adopted the static weight loss method to study the corrosion inhibition of the new corrosion inhibitor DTC-1 to steel A3 under the conditions of different corrosion inhibitor adding amounts.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor DTC-1 has large application temperature range,suitable to the environment of weak acidity,neutral and alkalinity as well as good corrosion inhibition to steel A3 and in the chloride system.
