摘要
烟草地膜栽培技术的推广应用大幅度提高了烟草产量,但残留在土壤中的地膜对土壤造成了严重的白色污染,烟草地膜回收问题亟待解决。为此,针对残膜白色污染问题,采用农机农艺相结合的方法,研究设计了链条式烟田苗期地膜回收机。详细介绍了收膜机的总体结构及主要工作部件挑膜、起膜、送膜和卸膜的设计原理。试验表明,传动比和挑膜弹齿倾斜角度是影响挑膜、输送卸膜效果的重要因素,为烟田苗期地膜回收机的设计提供了理论基础。
Extended application of tobacco plastic film cultivation technology improves production of tobacco greatly,but plastic film remained in the soil also brings about serious white pollution,so recovery of plastic film is urgent to be resolved. Aiming to the problem of white pollution and using the method that combine agricultural machinery and agronomic together,we design a miniature machine for retrieving plastic film of tobacco seedling.This article introduces general structure of the machinery and principle that main working parts pack up,rise,deliver and unload plastic film in detail.The trial proves that the transmission ratio and the titled angle of spring finger cylinder are important factors influencing the effcet of the plastic film that packed-up,deliverde and unloaded.
