摘要
针对我国山地丘陵地区花生种植地块较小,以及农民手扶拖拉机保有量大等特点,设计开发了一种与手扶拖拉机配套的花生收获机。该机采用沭河-81型手扶拖拉机为动力,一次完成挖掘、抖土和铺放等功能。同时,介绍了其基本组成和工作原理,并着重阐述了关键组成部件的设计以及主要特点。田间试验结果表明:该机收获性能较好,总损失率和含土率较低,作业质量符合收获标准的要求;机具结构设计合理,为以后的进一步研究提供了技术支持。
A new peanut harvesting-machine matched to the walking tractor is developed to solve the problem that in the mountain areas the peanut planting field is too small to use big machines.There is a large volume of walking tractor.The harvesting-machine use the Shuhe-81 walking tractor as dynamic,the machine can finish the operation of mining,shaking soil and placing in one pass.The basic composition and working principle were introduced,also as its features and how it is designed.Field test shows that the machine has well performance:the total loss rate and the rate with soil are very low.The harvesting quality is in line with the requirements of the standard.It has a rational structure design.It is a technical support for future study.
