烟草打顶消毒联合作业装置的设计

Design of Device for Tobacco Topping and Disinfecting

为解决当前烟草田间人工打顶消毒作业存在效率低、强度大、时间紧的问题,设计了一种烟草打顶消毒联合作业装置;同时,介绍了其总体结构和工作原理,分析确定了该装置的打顶部件、动力传输部件、消毒部件等关键部件的结构以及参数,并进行了田间试验。田间实验结果表明:该机结构设计合理,作业时通过性能良好,割刀切割烟顶部位准确,打顶率为98%,漏打率2%,消毒液喷洒均匀,基本满足了烟草机械打顶消毒的农艺技术要求。

In order to solve the problem that low efficiency,strength and urgent time exist in the artifical tobacco topping and disnfecting,a device for tobacco topping and disinfecting is developed.In this paper,the structure and woking principle of the device are introducted,in addition,the structure and parameters of the belt system of the device,the topping member and the disinfecting member are analyzed and confirmed,finally,the field performance test is researched.The result showed that the design of the device strcture was rational,the operating performance is well when it worked,the cutting at the top of the tobacco is accurate,the rate of topping 98%,the rate of leakage 2%,the spraying of thimerosal is well-distributed,it satisfies basically the requirement of agronomic technical requirements of tobacco mechanical top-cutting and disinfecting.
