摘要
针对目前新疆兵团进行试验并推广的"两无两化"的新型种植模式,需要研究设计裸根棉苗膜上移栽机,打孔装置是裸根棉苗膜上移栽机的重要组成部分。利用Pro/E对打孔装置的各零件进行了三维建模、虚拟装备、模型分析。此研究可以更直观地观察各零件间的位置关系、运动状态,为后面的设计奠定了基础。
In view of the present the Xinjiang production and construction corps experiments and promotes "two does not have two" the new planter pattern,we need to research and design the seedling-medium-free young cotton plants transplanting machine,punch equipment is the important part of the machine.This research utilized Pro/E to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the parts of punch equipment,virtual assemble,model analysis.We can see the position of the parts and motion state of the equipment intuitively,provided a good foundation for latter design.
