摘要
分析了真空练泥机真空室的构成及其作用,指出了真空室堵塞的原因和危害性,提出了减少或消除真空室堵塞的有效途径:选用挤泥螺旋及螺旋推进器的排泥(输送)量略大于搅泥部分的喂泥(输入)量;选用压泥板的压泥(输送)量略大于搅泥部分的喂泥(输入)量;采用最适宜有效容积的真空室,即真空室的有效容积为真空练泥机上部搅泥部分在3~8 min内的喂泥(输入)量(体积)的理论值(通常小型机取较大值,大型机取小值);等。
Composition and role of the vacuum chamber in vacuum pug mill was analyzed, the reasons of reducing or eliminating the vacuum chamber blocking were pointed out and the effective ways were proposed: the pug discharge (transport) amount of extrusion screw and the screw propeller slightly greater than the pug feeding (input) amount of mixing part; the pug pressing (transport) amount of extrusion screw and the screw propeller slightly greater than the pug feeding amount of mixing part; the vacuum chamber most appropriate the effective volum was adopted, namely, the effective volume of vacuum chamber was the theoretical value of pug feeding (input) amount of the upper mixing part of the vacuum pug mill during 3 - 8 mins, etc. It was propitious to obtain the large output mud section with materials distributed evenly, high density, good plasticity, smooth surface.
