摘要 运用虚拟样机技术设计了一种与59.2~88.4kW系列拖拉机配套的、可一次性完成深松、侧深施肥、行间和苗间除草等多项作业的全方位复式中耕机样机。采用平行四杆随行仿形技术和对行可调螺旋梳齿式除草单体的设计,选用具有参数化特征建模和运动仿真分析等功能的集成化软件Pro/E,建立了复式中耕样机零部件的三维数字模型。利用其MECHANISM模块进行运动仿真分析,对样机进行动态干涉检查和轨迹分析,得到优化的结构和工作参数的仿真,为后续的运动控制设计提供了参考。 The virtual prototype technology was applied in the design of an omnibearing duplex type cultivator that completed deep digging,side fertilizing,inter-row and shoot apex weeding in meantime,and it was suitable for larger tractor. Structure of Parallel four-bar profiling mechanism and the spiral comb-type weeder was designed for better cultivating effects. Pro /E software was adopted for establish virtual prototypes of the duplex type cultivator. Its mechanism module was used for the motion analysis. Motion process of the duplex type cultivator was simulated to check whether its motion can satisfy the design requirements. Through dynamic interference check and spatial motion path simulation for the whole cultivating process,structure and working parameters of the cultivator can be optimized. By several times of simulation with different motion parameters,reference can also be provided for later motion control design.
