摘要
车架作为农用收获机承载基体,承受着发动机、离合器、车身和货箱等所有机件传给它的各种力和力矩。车架的固有振动频率与动态模态分析是保证机器工作能力的重要环节,采用传统方法很难得出精确分析结果,而采用有限元分析软件能够精确获得车架的应力分布以及车架两端与中间部位下沉量的规律和车架的瞬时动态。以往的有限元分析只是关注了车架的质量与车型进行优化分析,因此利用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对SX360车架做了固有振动频率与动态模态分析,为车架的优化设计提供必要的理论依据。
There are a lot of forces and moments which are from mobile body on the Mobile Frame. The requency and dynamic modal analysis is an important part to ensure the machines function. It is quite difficult to obtain a precisive result by the traditional methods. The precisive result can reach for the law of stress distribution of frame and sinking capacity at the both ends and the middle part,and the instantaneous dynamic. Looking the last researches,only quality of the frame and optimize of the model analysis is concerned,whereas the SX360 chassis vibration frequency and dynamic modal analysis are achieved with ABAQUS analysis software,which become the base for the frame finite element optimal design.
