摘要
利用参数化造型软件PRO/ENGINEER建立了一种悬挂式挖坑机钻头的三维实体模型,并将该模型导入ANSYS中对叶片进行有限元静力分析,得到了其应力分布规律和变形情况。分析时,采用8节点六面体单元进行网格划分,结果表明能够有效保证求解精度,使结果更加接近实际。另外,通过改变叶片结构参数,得到了螺旋升角与叶片强度变化的关系,为植树挖坑机钻头的设计和结构优化提供了理论依据。
A three-dimensional model of the auger of a mounted hole digger was established with PRO/ENGINEER, then the model was transferred into ANSYS in order to actualize static analysis of the screw vane by FEM,and the regular patterns of stress distribution and deformation status of the vane were obtained through the analysis. A hexahedral element with 8 nodes to mesh the model of the vane was used in the analysis process,and the results were in coincidence with the practical situations,as well as insure the calculation precision. The relations between the screw angle and the alteration of the vane’s intensity were also found by changing the structure parameter of the vane. The method in this paper can provide an academic basis for the design and structural optimization of the auger of mounted hole digger.
