摘要 介绍了开式叶轮的设计方法,确定了泵的主要设计参数。详细论述了开式离心泵全流道模型的建立方法,采用FLUENT软件对轴向间隙分别为0.5,0.75,1,1.25和1.5mm的开式离心泵进行全流场数值模拟,计算时采用雷诺时均方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,应用SIMPLE算法,对比分析泵内部静压力和速度,分析轴向间隙对开式离心泵内流场、空化性能、扬程及效率的影响,得出随着轴向间隙的增大,开式离心泵的抗空化性能、扬程和效率降低的结论,为开式离心泵的优化设计提供了有价值的参考。 The method to design open impellers was introduced to get the main parameters of the pump. The method to create fully flow field model of the pump with open impeller was introduced clearly. The two open pumps with 0. 5mm, 0. 75mm,1mm,1. 25mm and 1. 5mm axial clearance were simulated fully flow field using FLUENT software. By adopting time-averaged N-S equations and the standard k-ε turbulent model,the calculation was carried on the basis of SIMPLE algorithm. By contrasting static pressure and velocity in pumps,the effect of axial clearance to flow field,cavitations performance,head and efficiency were analyzed. As the axial clearance increasing,the cavitations performance, head and efficiency decrease. What were researched in this article would provide valuable reference for optimization design of open centrifugal pumps.
