摘要
现代高校教师被视为高等教育改革的中心和核心要素。人文关怀视角的高校教师发展本质研究,能够有效促进高校教师的发展。其构成表现为生存发展、学术发展、自由发展、独立发展、创新发展及精神发展,其价值体现为生命本体价值、学术操守价值及精神信仰价值,并从人文精神、人文文化、人文制度及人文环境等方面进行建构。
The modern faculty have been regarded as the center and the core elements of higher education reform. The nature of the faculty development based on humanistm can effectively promote the faculty development. Its compositions contain survival development, academic development, free development, independent development, innovative development and spiritual development; and its value reflects in life value, academic integrity value and spiritual belief value. We should establish it in the areas of humanistic spirit, humanistic culture, humanistic system and humanistic environment.
