摘要
利用AFLP技术对44份番茄材料进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。从64对引物组合中筛选出15对用于扩增,共获得601条带,其中多态性带364条,多态性为60.5%,这表明供试材料在DNA水平上酶切位点的分布存在广泛的变异。利用UPGMA法将44份番茄材料分成5个复合组和1个独立组,从相似性系数分析了各材料之间的亲缘关系。
The genetic diversity and relationship of 44 tomato accessions were analyzed by AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism). Fifteen primer combinations selected from 64 primer combinations produced a total of 601 fragments, 364 of which were polymorphic with a polymorphism percentage of 60.5%. This results showed that there were abundant diversities in enzyme digestion sites among different tomato varieties. These tomato germplasm resources were clustered into 5 multiple-member groups and 1 one-member group by UPGMA (unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average) based on Nei's genetic distances. The genetic relationship of 44 tomato accessions was analyzed using the different coefficient.
