中国稻种微核心种质资源对稻瘟病和白叶枯病的抗性评价 被引量:9

摘要 对203份中国稻种微核心种质资源的稻瘟病和白叶枯病抗性进行了评价。其中,抗叶瘟和穗瘟的品种分别占41.38%和78.82%。对稻瘟病抗谱在80%~90%和70%~80%的广谱抗性品种分别有19个(9.45%)和9个(4.48%),抗谱在20%~30%的品种占64.68%。有2个(0.98%)品种对白叶枯病的8个生理小种的抗性频率为75%,有6个品种(2.98%)抗性频率为62.5%,抗性频率在50%以下的品种有188个(92.61%)。其中,特青选恢和黄丝桂占兼抗稻瘟病和白叶枯病。发现了1个抗菲律宾强致病菌株POX99的品种金溪白,值得进一步研究。 The primary core collection of Chinese rice germplasm (including 203 materials) were used to evaluate their resistance to rice blast and bacterial blight. The materials with resistance to leaf blast and neck blast were 41.38% and 78.82%, respectively. Nineteen varieties(9.45% ) and nine varieties(4.48% ) showed resistance to 80% -90% and 70% -80% races of Magnaporthe grisea, respectively, and 64. 68% of the tested varieties exhibited resistance to 20% -30% races of M. grisea. There were two(0. 98% ) and six(2. 98% )varieties exhibited resistance to 75% and 62. 5% of the isolates of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzae(Xoo). One hundred and eighty eight varieties (92. 61% ) showed resistance to less than 50% of the tested isolates of Xoo. Among these varieties, Teqingxuanhui and Huangsiguizhan were highly resistant to both M. grisea and Xoo. It was observed that Jinxibai was highly resistant to POX99, which should be further studied.
