海奥免冲洗洗浴液对家兔皮肤、眼刺激性试验研究

Experimental study on skin,eyes irritant test with no-rinse shampoo and shower bath in rabbits

目的对试制的海奥免冲洗洗发液、免冲洗沐浴液进行刺激性的毒理学检测,为该产品的人体安全应用提供科学依据。方法根据中华人民共和国卫生部颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中规定的相关项目,建立了针对免冲洗洗发液、免冲洗沐浴液的毒理学检测体系,以家兔为实验对象,随机分为2组,同时进行皮肤和眼刺激性试验。结果海奥免冲洗洗发液、免冲洗沐浴液对家兔皮肤及眼部均无刺激性。结论海奥免冲洗洗发液、免冲洗沐浴液符合绿色洗涤剂的标准,无刺激性,人体使用安全。

Objective To give a preliminary toxicology analysis of Haiao no-rinse shampoo and no-rinse shower bath,so as to provide fundamental bases for using the two products to wash human body.Methods According to ＂cosmetic health norms＂ （2007 version） stipulated in the relevant projects which was promulgated by Ministry of Health of the People′s Republic of China,a system of no-rinse shampoo and no-rinse shower bath for toxicology analysis and detectiong was established.The skin and eyes irritant test were carried out on 8 rabbits which were in randomization simultaneously.Results Haiao no-rinse shampoo and no-rinse shower bath had no irritation to rabbit′s skin and eyes.Conclusion Haiao no-rinse shampoo and no-rinse shower was in line with the standard of green detergent and it is safty for human to use them.
