基于Simplorer的正交矢量型锁定放大器的仿真与研究

摘要 提出了一种基于Simplorer7.0实现正交矢量型锁定放大器的仿真分析方法,并探讨了正交矢量型锁定放大器在芯片电泳非接触电导检测方面的应用,重点分析了相关参数,如激励信号频率,待测信号幅度、频率等,对芯片电泳谱检测的影响.仿真结果表明该正交矢量型锁定放大器具有卓越的微弱信号检测能力,能有效地实现芯片电泳信号的检测和拾取. A simulation analysis method of orthogonal vector lock-in amplifier based on Simplorer7.0 is presented,and its type application in the contactless conductivity detector of capillary electrophoresis microchip is introduced.Especially,such parameters as the excitation signal frequency,the amplitude and frequency of a signal to be measured,influences on the spectrum detection of electrophoresis microchip are emphatically discussed.The simulation results show that the orthogonal vector lock-in amplifier has superior weak signal detection capability,and it can effectively achieve microchips electrophoresis signal detection and pick-up.
