摘要
教育实习是提高师范生教育教学技能、培养合格师资的重要途径。在国际教师教育专业化改革目标的背景下,两岸四地都围绕培养具备专业化水准的教师对高师院校的教育实习模式进行了一系列的改革。文章在比较和分析台湾、香港及澳门高师院校教育实习模式的基础上,分析了大陆高师院校教育实习存在的一些问题,结合部属高师院校免费师范教育政策,提出了高师院校教育实习的新理念和新模式。
Educational Practice is an important channel to improve the normaliens' teaching skills and cultivate qualified teaching staff.With the worldwide reforming goal of specializing the education of teachers,four places of cross-straits areas have constructed a series of reforms concerning educational practice patterns,aiming to cultivate teachers with high specializing proficiency.Based on a comparison of the educational practice patterns in normal universities of Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao,the essay analyzes the problems in mainland normal universities,proposes some new concepts and patterns for educational practice,after considering the policy of free education for normaliens in universities affiliated with Ministry of Education.
