摘要
中国高等教育的大发展必然对高等教育质量保障提出更为艰巨的任务和要求,新形势下的高等教育质量应如何判断,该如何保障都是我们必然面临的难题。因此,研究高等教育质量保障的进展及其趋势,对于＂办人民满意的大学＂也就显得至关重要。
The booming development of higher education has brought in more difficult missions and requirements for its quality assurance.The judgment and assurance of the quality of higher education are tough problems.Therefore,it is very important to conduct researches on the progression and tendency of higher education quality assurance for the masses＇ satisfaction with the running of universities.
