摘要
本文介绍冰核形成的机理；影响蓄冰过程中水的过冷度的各种因素；指出水的过冷度大小是影响冰蓄冷效率的关键因素。
Mechanism of ice nucleation and factors effecting the subcooling of water in ice-storage were introduced in this paper; Supercooling degree of water was the key connecting to the efficiency of ice-storage equipment.
