摘要
采用快速混合法制备了各种酸(硫酸、盐酸、硝酸及乙酸等)掺杂的纳米聚苯胺纤维,扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明获得的聚苯胺纤维的直径在50~200 nm之间,酸掺杂类型对聚苯胺纤维的形貌影响不大。红外光谱及紫外可见光谱分析表明所得聚苯胺为掺杂态。以正丁醇和冰乙酸反应合成乙酸正丁酯为目标反应,考察催化剂制备条件对其活性的影响规律,结果表明掺杂酸为硫酸,其摩尔浓度为2.0mol/L,苯胺摩尔浓度为0.3mol/L,过硫酸按与苯胺的摩尔浓度比为1:2时,在相同反应条件下,乙酸正丁酯的收率最大,达65.66%。
Polyaniline nanofibers doped by a variety of acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid, etc.) are prepared by using rapid mixture method. It is shown though the scanning electron microscopy analysis that the diameter of the polyaniline fiber is between 50~200 nm and that acid type has little effect on the morphologies. The polyaniline is found to be in the doping state through IR and UV-Vis spectral analysis. The esterification of N-butanol and acetic acid is regarded as the goal reaction to study the effects of preparation conditions on the catalytic activity. The results prove that the yield of n-butyl acetate reaches the max value, amounting to 65.66%, when the doping acid is sulfuric acid, its molar concentration is 2.0 mol/L, aniline molar concentration is 0.3 mol/L, and ammonium persulfate and aniline molar concentration ratio is 1:2.
