摘要
电站施工导流方案的优劣直接制约和影响电站主体工程的施工进度及投资控制。锦屏一级水电站工程规模巨大,经济效益及社会效益显著,控制第一台机组发电的施工关键线路为大坝工程施工。由于大坝基坑工程量大,施工历时长,加之坝址所在河段河谷狭窄、岸坡陡峻,研究选择合理的施工导流方案是电站建设的关键技术问题之一。运用理论分析、工程类比、风险分析、技术经济比较等方法,研究确定了锦屏一级水电站施工导流的方式、导流标准、导流方案和施工导流总体规划,经过初期导流的实践,证明该方案安全、经济、合理,有效地指导了工程建设。该工程施工导流方案的相关理论和方法可供类似工程参考。
River diversion schemes during construction of a hydropower project directly restrict and influence main hydropower project construction progress and cost control.Jinping Ⅰ hydropower project is characterized with huge size,significant economic and social benefits,dam project construction is the construction critical path controlling the first unit power generation.One of key technical issues for the project construction is to study and select proper river diversion schemes during construction due to large construction quantities of dam foundation pit,long construction period and in addition,dam site is located in a narrow canyon with steep slopes.In this paper,river diversion arrangement and flood control standard during construction,river diversion scheme and general planning of river diversion during construction are studied and determined by means of theoretical analysis,project analogy,risk analysis and technical and economic comparisons.The initial river diversion proves that the selected scheme is safe,economic and proper,which effectively guides the project construction.The applicable theory and methods applied in the river diversion scheme during construction of the project will provide references to similar projects.
