摘要
装备的再制造工程中毛坯筛选和检测是整个再制造过程中最重要的控制环节。文中在综述了再制造工程国内外最新动态的基础上,以再制造工程中关键基础技术—毛坯筛选和检测为切入点,通过常用无损检测方法和新兴的磁记忆检测方法的对比研究,证明了磁记忆技术在再制造毛坯残余应力、微观损伤和宏观缺陷检测上都具有很好的应用前景,并用实例说明磁记忆技术是再制造工程中的有效检测方法。
Blanks selection and testing is the most important control element in the whole remanufacturing process of equipment remanufacturing engineering. Based on the overview of new development of remanufacturing engineering, this paper focused on remanufacturing blank selection and testing. The contrast is studied between the conventional nondestructive testing (NDT) methods and the new metal magnetic memory (MMM) technology. It is found that the MMM technology has the advantage on residual stress, early stage damage and macroscopic defect testing, which offers a new effective testing method for the remanufacturing engineering.
