摘要
对编织袋用聚丙烯扁丝的超细滑石粉填充母料进行了研究和开发,通过配方调试、现场实验和分析检测。结果表明:用高添加量超细滑石粉制造扁丝是可行的,并且增强了扁丝的多种性能,为无机粉体改性聚丙烯生产性价比较高的扁丝制品开辟了良好的途径。
R&D was made to the superfine powdered talc masterbatch used for woven bag PP flat filament, through recipe adjustment, field experimentation and analytical detection. The result shows, the production of flat filament by adding high amount of superfine powdered talc is feasible, and increased various properties of the flat filament, opened good approach to the production of high cost performance flat filament by PP modification using inorganic powder.
