摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,配以电导检测器,选用改性硼酸葡萄糖酸盐做淋洗液,色谱柱为IC-Pak阴离子分析柱150mm×4.6mm(i.d.),10μm,流动相流速为1.2mL/min,对某炼油厂管线结晶物进行了分析测定,相对标准偏差小于2%,平均回收率102.7%,方法简单快速。
Analytical determination of the crystal formed in the pipelines of an oil refinery was made by using high performance liquid chromatography equipped with conductivity detector, choosing modified gluconic acid borate as leaching liquid, using IC-Pak anionic analytic column 150 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),10 μm,as chromatographic column, selecting 1.2 mL/min as mobile phase flow rate, the relative standard deviation is less than 2%, the average recovery rate is 102.7%, and the method is simple and quick.
