针刺治疗脊髓损伤致排尿障碍的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment for voiding dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury

目的观察针刺治疗脊髓损伤致排尿障碍的临床疗效。方法选择32例2005-06～2009-10住院治疗的脊髓损伤致排尿障碍患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用常规康复训练治疗。结果两组治疗后排尿次数和残余尿量较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05或P<0.01),最大排尿量较治疗前明显增加(P<0.01),治疗组的改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗可以改善脊髓损伤致排尿障碍。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture treatment for voiding dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury. Methods Thirty-two hospitalized patients with voiding dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury from June 2005 to October 2009 were randomly divided into two groups ： the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture treatment, the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training. Results After treatment, voiding frequency and residual urine volume significantly reduced compared with pre-treatment （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）, maximum voided volume increased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ）, the condition of improvements in the treatment group significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the voiding dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury.
