民营家族企业发展的伦理思考——以福建泉州为例的分析与研究

Ethical Thinking for the Development of Private Family Enterprise: A Case Study in Quanzhou,Fujian

中国的民营企业中有90%以上是家族企业。家族企业是我国市场经济发展和完善的重要组成部分。家族式企业采用的家族式管理模式在造就民营企业辉煌发展的同时,也成为制约民营企业进一步做大做强的"瓶颈"。本文以福建泉州家族企业为例,分析泉州家族企业具有的伦理资源优势和伦理弊端,探讨民营家族企业如何进行伦理建设,提高其核心竞争力。

More than 90% of China＇ s private enterprises are family-owned businesses, and they are important component of China＇ s market economy. Management model used by families creates brilliant development of the private enterprises, and also become the ＂bottleneck＂ for them to further enlargement and development. This paper taking family-owned business at Quanzhou, Fujian as an example, analysis of their advantages of ethics resources and disadvantages of ethics and explores the method of ethic construction at the family-owned business and improvement of their core competitiveness.
