煤炭产业快速发展,矿山地质专业人才紧缺,担负培养高素质技能型专门人才的高职矿山地质专业与现代矿山对地质专业人才的要求存在着较大差距,教学改革势在必行。分析了矿山地质专业人才需求、专业职业能力、课程设置及课程模式、强调了矿山地质专业实践教学的重要性,论述了矿山地质专业改革的重点、思路与措施。

With the rapid development of coal industry,professionals major in mining geology are in short supply.Mining geology specialty in higher vocational colleges meets great challenge in cultivating high-quality skilled workers and therefore reform becomes a must.This paper makes an analysis on the professional ability the specialty needs,as well as the curriculum the specialty should have to meet the demand of mine geology specialty.Emphasizing the importance of practical teaching in this specialty,the paper presents the focus,the idea and measures of the reform.
