三本院校经贸类应用型人才培养模式的研究

Study on Cultivation of Application Talents Majoring in International Economy and Trade in Independent College

随着我国对外贸易的飞速发展,贸易人才的需求与日俱增。本文通过分析三本院校经贸专业应用型人才培养的必要性,指出了目前经贸人才培养过程中出现的重理论轻实践、师资不完善的问题,并针对这些问题从优化课程体系、加强双师建设、校企合作和推行考证制度方面提出改革方案。

With the rapid development of our foreign trade, the needs of talents ininternational economy and trade are rising. This paper first analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of application talents majoring in international economy and trade in independent college. Then it paints out some problems such as emphasize the theoretical teaching and ignore the practice teaching and be lack of competent teachers. At last the paper offers reform programs to solve these problems by these means： optimize its curriculum system, strengthen the construction of professional college with bipolar teaching, cooperate with related companies, and encourage students to get certificates.
