新疆公安机关基层领导婚姻状况调查研究

目的:了解新疆公安机关基层领导婚姻状况。方法:采用美国明尼苏达大学Olson教授编制的ENRICH量表对100名基层领导进行调查。结果:①新疆公安机关基层领导认为性格不合是影响婚姻质量的最主要原因,但对性生活和业余活动满意;②在不同的年龄阶段的调查中35岁以下最不满意的是性格相容性,36-45岁最不满意的是与亲友的关系;46岁以上最不满意的是性格相容性、与亲友的关系。③在不同的学历调查中,大专、本科学历的新疆公安机关基层领导最不满意的均是性格相容性;④从总体上看,有63%的公安机关基层领导对自己的婚姻评价是现实的;在不同年龄阶段的调查中,46岁以上的基层领导对自己的婚姻评价最为现实,在不同学历的调查中,本科学历的基层领导对自己的婚姻评价最现实。结论:公安机关组织人事部门应重视基层领导的婚姻状况,有针对性的开展构建和谐家庭关系的相关心理服务。

Resume： Objective： Realize the marriage of basic leader of Xinjiang Police Department. Means： Research by using ENRICH which weaved by Doctor Olson of American College Called Ministar to one hundred basic leadersResult： （1）Basic Leaders of Xinjiang Police Depamnent think that different character is the meaning reanson to affect marriage. But satisfy with sexual life and amateur movement. （2）Research in different ages, Under 35 age, the worst satisfy, with the character consistently, 36 to 45ages, the worst satisfy with the relationship with the family members, above 45 ages, the worst satisfy with the character consistently and the relationship with the familt members. （3） Research in different degrees, the basic leaders of Xinjiang Police Department both graduated from college and graduatedfrom the junior college the worst satisfy with the character consistently. （4） As a whole, there are 63% Basic Leaders of Xinjiang Police Department judged of their marriage realistic; researching in different ages, above 45 ages leaders judged of their marriage most realistic;researching in different degrees, bachelor judged of their mamage most realistic. Conclusion： the ministry of personnel of Police Department should attach importance to the basic leaders＇marriage, develop service about building family relationship.
