区域诚信旅游发展探究

Explore on the Honest Tourism Development in the Region

发展区域诚信旅游，是促进区域旅游业可持续发展的关键。目前政府积极推动诚信旅游，但企业主动参与度不足，区域间地区各自为政、缺乏合作，诚信旅游信息化也有待提高。信用制度缺失、法制不完善、地方保护主义、协调机制不作为和信用消费滞后已成为制约区域诚信旅游的主要障碍。文章从区域诚信旅游机制构建的必要性入手，讨论了我国区域诚信旅游发展的现状，分析了影响其发展的主要障碍，初步提出了促进区域旅游发展的建议，以促进区域诚信旅游和谐发展。文章认为，促进区域诚信旅游发展，需要从区域旅游信用制度、区域旅游法规与管理一体化、无障碍旅游区、旅游信息化、区域诚信旅游管理协调机构等方面入手，同时还要培育旅游者成熟的消费心理和消费行为，鼓励和推进旅游信用消费。

The development of regional honest tourism is the key of promotion of regional sustainable tourism development. Present, the Government actively promote the honest tourism, but lack of participation in corporate, regionals lack of cooperation, honest tourism information is also to be improved. Lack of credit system, imperfection of the legal system, local protectionism, useless of coordination mechanisms, and lag of credit consumption has become a major obstacle to regional honest tourism. From the necessary of building a regional honest tourism mechanism, to discuss status of development of China＇s regional honest tourism, to analyze the main obstacle affecting their development, we initially proposed proposals to promote regional honest tourism harmonious development. According to the paper, to promote regional honest tourism development requires the credit system from the regional tourism, regional tourism rule and management integration, barrier-free tourism area, tourist information, regional honest tourism management mechanism, we need to cultivate travelers＇ mature consumer psychology and behavior, and encourage and promote the tourism credit consumption.
