摘要
某空压机组主要负责对冶炼分厂反射炉和电解分厂净液供气。供气过程中为了保持一定压力,多余的压缩空气被释放。空压机的起动方式是星角启动,起动能耗大,尤其是对净液供气是"大马拉小车",经过智能化技术改造后,达到了预期的效果,节电率达52.5%。
The compressor station is mainly responsible for compressed air supply to reverberating furnace in smelting plant,and to liquid purification process in electrolysis factory.In order to maintain a certain pressure and security,redundant compressed air has to be released during operation.Air compressor is started by the mode of Y-Δ,which used much more energy,especially for compressed air supply to liquid purification,this means that the supply is much more than demand.After intellectualization modification, expected goals have been achieved,resulting in energy saved by 52%.
