本文介绍了某企业锌精矿氧化焙烧制酸一系统净化工序改造前后的工艺流程、动力波洗涤器的结构和特点、净化工序中主要设备的技术规格和特点。生产实践表明,动力波洗涤器具有很强的烟气净化能力,良好的可靠性和适应能力。
This text describes the process flow before-and-after improving purification process of acid making system in a zinc concentrate calcination plant,the structural characteristics of dynamic wave scrubber,the specifications and features of main equipment at purification process.Production proves that dynamic wave scrubber has a strong ability to clean the furnace fume gas,with good performances on reliability and suitability.
