摘要
利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定京万红药膏中锑(Sb),确定了最佳测定条件,基体改进剂及样品处理方法等.在选定条件下以硝酸镍为基体改进剂,既可明显提高灰化温度,又对锑的吸收信号有显著增强作用.检出限可达1.7×10^(-4)μg/mL,精密度2.9%.用于实际样品测定时,平均回收率为94.4%.
A study was undertaken to determine anhmony (Sb) in Jing Wan Hong ointment by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The stress was put on the optimization if analyzing conditions. the matrix modifier and the processing methods of sample in the study. By the optimized condition, using nickelous nitrate as matrix modifier, the ashing temperature and the absorbing signal upon antimony can be increased apparently. The detection limit is 1 .7 × 10~4 μg/mL with an accuracy of 2.9% and the recover is up to 94.4% in the determination of actual samples.
