模糊控制在Grignard反应参数控制中的应用

Application of Fuzzy Control in Grignard Reaction

皮质激素生产过程是由一系列极其复杂的化学反应构成的．Grignard反应是其中的一步重要的生产工序．本文将模糊控制技术应用于Grignard反应工艺参数的控制过程，在现有的生产工艺基础上，通过合理调节各输入量，使生产稳定在一个较高的生产指标上．结果表明，所建立的模糊控制模型能有效控制不同前期生产条件下的生产指标．

The production of contex hormone is composed of a series of complicated chemical reactions. Grignard reaction is an important process of them. In this paper, fuzzy control theory is used to control the most technological parameter in this process. On the basis of present technology, it make production stablize on higher target through proper adjustment of inputs.The results show that the fuzzy control model is sufficient to describe the process very well.
