本文对一种实用的遥控监视装置进行了设计研究．该装置由远程的PC机遥控，现场通过开关矩阵实现控制功能．开关矩阵的设计已经过实际的检验和应用．

In this paper, the monitor device which can be controlled by a remote computer through a switch matrix has been made. Application of the switch matrix is satisfactory in the field of economical and practice.
