摘要
全面落实科学发展观,推进高等职业教育实现又好又快发展,高职院校必须着力解决以先进理念为指导加快发展、增强捕捉机遇意识提高发展能力、端正科学发展态度、由数量扩张向提高质量转变、学科专业建设实现快速发展、促进师生全面发展、优化育人环境和实施开放战略与国际化等一系列具体的现实问题,努力使高职教育成为区域高技能人才培养、知识创新、技术研发中心,确保在促进经济社会实现又好又快发展方面充分发挥不可替代的作用。
In order to carry out the scientific concept of development and to push the vocational and technical education to achieve sound and rapid development, the vocational and technical colleges should focus on taking the advanced conceptions to guide the development, and strengthen the sharp senses and competence for catching the opportunities and for development. This thesis deals with issues mentioned above and some smart suggestions have been provided.
