摘要
职业能力开发是一种根据职业分类和职业资格标准,通过培养、训练来发掘人的从业能力和心理潜质的教育活动。我国职业能力开发始于20世纪90年代初期,近20年的发展中,职业能力开发在政策法规、社会机构、开发模式等方面取得了一些成就,但也存在一些问题,如个体认识性和主动性不高、政府的宣传与执行度低、尚未建立健全职业能力开发体系。因此,进一步提高和加强个体职业能力开发的自我意识性,重视政府的宣传度和执行度,建立和完善健全的职业能力开发体系,对我国职业能力开发的实施具有重要的理论和实践意义。
the development of vocational competency is the educational activities in accordance with classification and standards of professional qualifications,by training and culturing to explore the potential capaticties and psychologies of people.starded in the late 20th century, 90"s ,the development of vocational competency in our country.over the past 20 years the development of vocational competency has made series of achievements on the polocies and regulations,social institutions and the development models.But there are several problems in the process of the development of vocational competency,such as awareness and initiative of individuals do not high,the Government "s information and implementation of low and has yet to establish and improve the development of vocational competency,therefor,we should enhance and strengthen the capacity of individual professional development of self-consciousness, and attention to the Government "s publicity and enforceable, the establishment and improvement of vocational ability development of a sound system, on China's implementation of the development of professional competence is an important theoretical and practical significance.
