Urban waterfronts are the most important sites for city culture and spirit,and are typically highly valued for commercial development.From an urban management perspective,this paper studies the general concept,functional layout,and project planning of the Hundred-Li Liu River plan and analyzes the impact of waterfront development on the urban environment.
