广西柳州市河西工业园三区是基于产业集群的汽配型工业园。它是以区域特色经济为基础,适应市场竞争和产业优化升级新形势的现代化专业产业园。工业园三区的规划结构为"三区两轴",在用地布局上采取了高效的方格网布局结构和平行布局模式,其整体开放空间设计采取了开放中轴结合放射景观带的模式,形成了"两核一环两廊四轴"的空间模式。园区将建设成为以工业为主,集居住、商贸和产业发展于一体的综合性工业区。
The Liuzhou Hexi automotive parts industrial park plan has been upgraded to make it more successful as a competitor in the regional economy.The new plan uses a ＂three areas and two axes＂ structure,which adopts a grid pattern and parallel layout.The open space design uses a central axis with radial landscape elements creating a ＂two nodes,one ring,two corridors,and four axes＂ spatial network.The plan for the industrial park is comprehensive because it integrates both residential and commercial land uses with the automotive industry.
