摘要
作为风险管理系统的商业银行操作风险管理,操作风险的风险管理理念、策略和政策都需要通过具体的风险管理部门来实施,独立的操作风险管理组织架构是操作风险管理战略得以落实、政策得以实施、过程得以体现的保障。本文通过对我国商业银行操作风险管理组织架构现状的分析,以及与国际活跃银行在操作风险管理组织架构实践的比较,探讨了我国商业银行操作风险管理组织架构存在的主要问题,为恰当的操作风险管理组织架构设计提供前提准备。
In the course of operational risk management, its ideas, strategies and policies must be carried out through a specific risk management department. The independent organizational structure of a bank about the operational risk managements will ensures the implementation of strategies, policies and processes subjected to the operational risk management. In this paper, China's commercial banking operational risk management organizational structure had been analyzed as well as with the comparisons between China's commercial banking with those of international active banks in the practices. Then, the main problems resided in the operational risk management organizational structures have been discussed, which provides the prerequisite preparations for the designing of the appropriate operational risk management organization structure.
