开发公房评估管理信息系统是为了进一步完善校园管理信息系统和实现后勤部门房产管理的电脑化．本文介绍暨南大学公房出售评估管理信息系统的设计方案及对PowerBuilder的分页统计、单页打印技术的一些探讨．
The purpose of this system is to perfect the campus management information system and to computerize the management of the housing department. This paper presents the design and implementtion of the evaluation and management information system for selling welfare housing in Jinan University and discusses the paging statistics page print.
