摘要 对80X-13.5型旋流泵的7种结构参数重新进行配置,同时引入正交试验法,设计一个7因素4水平的正交方案,对各种结构进行优化配置得到更好的旋流泵结构配置方案.以分块非结构六面体网格划分计算模型,运用雷诺平均N-S方程和标准的k-ε双方程湍流模型结合SIMPLEC算法,对各种不同结构方案进行数值模拟分析,得到3种比原模型更优秀的旋流泵结构方案. A new disposition of seven structural parameters of 80X-13.5 vortex pump was carried out and,meantime,the orthogonal testing method was introduced to design orthogonal scheme with seven factors and four levels.Then the optimization was performed for disposition of various structure to obtain a better vortex pump structure.The computation model was divided with blocking non-structural hexahedron grid,and the Reynold time-average equation,standard double equation with k-ε turbulence mode,and the SIMPLEC algorithm were used to conduct numerical simulation and analysis for various structural schemes,so that three structural schemes of vortex pump were obtained,which were better than original pump model.
