摘要
针对瑜伽体位通过延展、拉伸、扭转等身体练习能够温和的按摩人体内脏器官,刺激身上的腺体,调节内分泌系统的功能,对于人们在追求局部减肥塑形上有良好的瘦身美体功效,进行了系统的分析和研究,力求严谨、全面的指导人们正确有效地了解并掌握这种瘦身美体的健身方式.
Yoga Asana can massage human organs softly,to stimulate the body's glands and regulation of the endocrine system though extension,stretching,reversing and other exercises of the body. It also good for people in the pursuit of local weight loss to have a good shaping of the effectiveness of weight-loss Body. This paper carried out a systematic analysis and study. It is in order to guide people to understand and master the correct and effective weight-loss body of fitness of this approach.
