摘要
从2-[2-(4-氯吡啶基)]环己酮出发,经NaBH4还原,然后再与二甲胺水溶液反应得到消旋的2-[2-(4-二甲氨基吡啶基)]环己醇,采用(L)-DTTA(二对甲基苯甲酰基酒石酸)进行拆分得到对映纯的路易斯碱催化剂4-二甲氨基吡啶类似物(1R,2S)-2-[2-(4-二甲氨基吡啶基)]环己醇.
Chiral 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) analogue (1R,2S)-2-(4-dimethylaminopyridin-2-yl)- cyclohexanol can be conveniently synthesized via reduction, amination and resolution with p-toluoyl-L-tar- taric acid from the readily available known 2-(4-chloropyridin-2-yl)cyclohexanone as starting material.
