An Approach to the Multi Sourcing Strategies of Chinese Manufacturers in the Global Supply Chain

采购是企业开展生产经营活动的重要环节,直接关系到生产、销售的绩效。当前中国制造企业全面融入全球供应链,文章以全球供应链为研究背景,以中国制造商收益最大化为目标,采用区别单一讨论采购成本最低的规划方法,提出了多元化采购策略,设计了采购价格可支付、采购成本可控制、采购来源可替代、采购活动可持续的原则,设计因果图,采取系统动力学仿真,结果表明采购策略可行。

Sourcing is an important part of operation strategies in SCM, and it influences production and sale. Nowadays, Chinese Manufacturers have joined in the GSM. This paper discusses the sourcing strategies of Chinese manufacturers in GSC. Different from the min cost studies, we design a multi sourcing strategies for the price, the cost, the suppliers and the sustainable, which we call the 4k principle. And we design the cause and effect diagram, by using systems dynamics to simulate. The result shows the new operation strategy can maintain the income of manufacturers.
