演化经济学视角下的中国特色政党制度分析

Analysis on the Political Party System with Chinese Characteristics from the View of Evolutionary Economics

本文借鉴演化经济学关于路径依赖、制度创新与制度演化的理论,分析了中国特色政党制度的变迁历史及其存在问题,认为在中国特色政党制度的演化过程中,中国共产党作为执政党,充当了制度演化的主体,影响着中国特色政党制度的发展进程和发展方向。要保持中国特色政党制度的生命力,使其沿着正确的路径发展演化,避免由于错误决策而导致制度出现路径拐点,就必须进行制度建设和制度创新,完善政党组织架构,强化正确的演化路径,维护制度的稳定性。

By using the theories on path dependency, system innovation and system evolution of the Evolutionary Economics, the writer analyzed the historical changes of the Political Party System with Chinese characteristics, together with existing problems. The writer believes that in the evolutionary process of the Political Party System with Chinese characteristics, the CPC, as the ruling party, has been acting as the subject of system evolution and influencing the development progress and direction of the Political Party System with Chinese characteristics. In order to maintain the vitality of the Political Party System with Chinese characteristics, make it develop and evolve in the right path, and a- void path turning point of the system resulting from wrong decisions, we must practice system construction and system innovation, improve the political party organization, focus on the right evolutionary path and safeguard the system stability.
