摘要
应用XRD和电子探针研究了钾长石-CaSO_4-CaCO_3体系的热分解生产复合肥的过程。结果表明:随着CaCO_3的增加,热分解产物主要物相为C_2S,C_3A和K_2SO_4;电子探针分析表明,热分解产物有新生过渡带的矿物生成。研究结果为利用该体系焙烧生产钾硅肥提供了理论指导。
The process of the production of compound fertilizers by thermal decomposition is studied of the potash feldspar-CaSO4-CaCO3 system with the XRD and electron probe. The results show that with the increase in CaCO3 the main phases of the thermal decomposition products are C2S, C3A and K2SO4. The analysis with the electron probe indicates that the thermal decomposition products form new transition belt minerals. The study results provide a theoretical guide for the production of potassium silicon fertilizers by calcination of the system.
